Become a food navigator at Transgourmet: Here you will get to know the culinary world of a Transgourmet logistics site as well as our headquarters in Riedstadt and accompany exciting logistics projects:
- Backstage in the warehouse: Lend a hand and experience the processes in our goods warehouse like the daily "stocking fresh ingredients" – from loading the goods, to distributing them to storage locations, to working in various shift systems. This gives you real warehouse feeling – right in the middle instead of just watching!
- Tour planning à la carte: Support our team in compiling deliveries, optimize the routes of our truck fleet and accompany the goods delivery directly to the customer – for an optimal delivery of our freshest products.
- Warehouse figures and recipes: Dive deep into our world of key figures and systems. Analyze the processes in the warehouse, derive measures to improve the flow of goods and ensure that our logistics recipe always works.
- The logistics control center: Get to know our corporate headquarters – here all threads come together: Get an overview of departments such as controlling, supply chain management, service logistics and learn how a perfect product gets on its way from many individual steps.
- Project kitchen: Bring in your logistics recipes and support us in planning and implementing new projects – from goods flow to process optimization you can actively shape our logistics locations with your own ideas.
- Logistics on tour: You have the opportunity to get to know different locations and their processes. Here you compare the different kitchen tactics, find best practices and develop your own cooking style as a logistics professional with foresight. Possible locations for the 2027 cohort: Striegistal, Bayreuth, Leipheim & Eichenau, Cologne, Berlin and Riedstadt

Requirements
- Abitur (or Fachhochschulreife with passed DHBW entrance test)
- First experiences in logistics or trade
- Organizational skills
- Enjoyment of contact and fun working in a team and with our customers
- Commitment, independence and conscientious work ethic
