• Support in processing tenders
• Active customer care by phone and other digital channels
• Lead qualification and telephone new customer acquisition in B2B area
• Appointment coordination as well as preparation and follow-up of customer appointments in cooperation with field service
• Competent initial consultation on content questions regarding SANALOGIC software solutions
• Recording and maintenance of data in customer information system
• Observation of market and competition
• Administrative and organizational support of sales management

• You have a completed commercial training and/or experience in inside sales
• You are strong in communication and convince with your pronounced customer and service orientation
• You enjoy professional B2B telephone acquisition/consulting and have professional experience in telephone marketing
• You are confident in using common internet and PC applications (MS Office Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• You impress with independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
