Working Student in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management (Summer Semester 2027)

Six-month working student role in purchasing and supply chain management at TRUMPF in Freiburg, starting in the summer semester of 2027. You will take on projects, contribute your ideas and gain practical experience alongside experienced colleagues.

• Help source materials by supporting orders and delivery planning for electromechanical components, assemblies and sheet metal parts
• Help manage escalations in coordination with related departments such as strategic purchasing
• Keep processes running smoothly by handling material planning lists, order confirmations and planning in SAP
• Help ensure a reliable supply by monitoring materials and adjusting delivery dates and quantities
• Take part in team discussions about material planning

• You are studying business administration, supply chain management or a comparable subject
• Ideally, you have some practical experience in purchasing and using SAP
• You are confident using MS Office and have good German and English skills
• Your structured, independent and process-focused approach helps you take responsibility confidently, even when time is tight
• Your strong communication skills and friendly, reliable manner help you work actively with internal contacts
