As an apprentice in digitalisation management you become part of Team TUNAP and receive solid training at the intersection of IT and business.

Over the next 3 years you will learn the diverse facets of digitalisation. You analyse business processes, identify optimisation potential and accompany the introduction of digital solutions. Your training covers topics such as process analysis, data management, IT project management and the selection and implementation of digital systems. You help make our business processes more efficient and future‑proof. You work with current software solutions, analyse data and actively drive digital innovations – always with an eye on economic viability and benefit.

You are curious, want to develop further and enjoy working in a team. Challenges motivate you and you approach tasks in a structured, solution‑oriented way. You are interested in both economic contexts and digital technologies. Analytical thinking comes naturally to you, and you enjoy questioning and improving processes. You contribute your own ideas and think in a networked way. You also have very good German skills. You have (or will soon have) your secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma and want to start a future‑oriented apprenticeship directly.

Fair remuneration: €1,200 gross in the first year. Perspective & takeover: with very good performance we look forward to taking you on after the apprenticeship.
