Nursing Specialist Blood Donation and Apheresis

To meet our high standards every day, we look forward to your professional expertise in the blood donation department of the Institute for Transfusion Medicine and Cell Therapy. Here we coordinate and conduct blood donations using conventional techniques and apheresis techniques. In addition, therapeutic apheresis and the procurement of modern cell therapeutics are among our activities. Possible deployment areas: Blood donation.

Coordination and execution of blood donations using conventional techniques and apheresis techniques Preparation and execution of therapeutic apheresis Procurement of modern cell therapeutics under GCP/GMP/GLP conditions

Completed vocational training in health and nursing care or as a nursing specialist (gn*) Experience in handling medical devices Enjoy working with healthy blood donors Experience in dealing with critically ill patients Technical aptitude and IT skills Service-oriented mindset and approach Teamwork, organizational and communication skills
