Inside Sales Representative

Competent support and advice to our customers by phone, email, and correspondence, as well as active new customer acquisition through telephone and written acquisition and sales and marketing measures. Determination of individual customer needs and creation of suitable offers for our services. Independent handling of customer inquiries, orders, and complaints. Administration and maintenance of customer and master data in the ERP system (Navision BC). Support of the field service in appointment preparation and customer care. Cooperation with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure high service quality.

• You have completed commercial vocational training.
• You enjoy and have experience in telephone contact with customers, demonstrating your communication skills and empathy.
• You show high initiative, motivation, and resilience.
• You bring results- and service-oriented thinking and acting.
• You are helpful and value good teamwork.
• You routinely master common MS Office applications.
• You ideally have knowledge of our ERP system Navision BC.
