Nursing Specialist with university degree (e.g. Advanced Practice Nurse or comparable qualification)

• Professionally sound, patient-centered care across the future fields of medicine
• Applying current nursing science findings in clinical practice
• Close interprofessional cooperation with physicians, therapists and other professional groups
• Contributing to concepts for the development of nursing within the medical strategy
• Independently helping to shape and carry out training and further education formats

• Completed training as a nursing specialist and/or a completed nursing degree (Bachelor or Master)
• Ideally work experience in one of the focus areas (e.g. cardiology, oncology, intensive care, transplant medicine)
• High level of professional competence, empathy and teamwork
• Willingness to actively help shape nursing innovations
• Interest in science-based nursing practice and evidence-based care
