Medical Assistant - Urology Outpatient Clinic / TUR OR

Support our team at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) as soon as possible on a permanent contract in the urology outpatient clinic / TUR operating room.

• Carrying out functional assistance and care (including blood draws, infusions, dressings, injections, diagnostics) and monitoring patients
• Assisting medical staff in caring for patients during consultation hours and minor surgical procedures in the outpatient clinic, especially in the TUR OR
• Preparing and following up examination areas and organizing consultation hours (document processing, scheduling appointments and advising patients by phone)
• Actively helping to shape organizational processes

• Completed training as a medical assistant (Medizinische Fachangestellte) or doctor's assistant
• Helpfulness and empathy when dealing with patients
• Reliable and patient-focused work
• Confident use of hospital information systems, ideally Agfa ORBIS, and IT
• Flexibility regarding the usual working hours in the area, including taking part in on-call duty
