Administrative Assistant for Medical Billing Reviews

Support the Revenue Management Division's medical controlling team at Campus Kiel from 1 January 2027, initially until 31 December 2028. Process and document review requests from the Medical Service and send the required documents.

• Independently process Medical Service review requests in the digital healthcare provider portal
• Handle all document submissions for review requests
• Ensure all steps in processing Medical Service review requests are documented on time
• Prepare and send digital documents in response to Medical Service requests, and paper documents for private health insurers and internal hospital departments

• Ideally, experience processing university hospital review requests from the Medical Service under the 2020 MDK Reform Act
• Ideally, several years of experience with medical and nursing procedures in campus departments
• Very good knowledge of medical terms and the conditions treated in the relevant clinical area
• Sound knowledge of the Dedalus Orbis hospital information system, the COPRA patient data management system and common MS Office applications
• Independence, organisational skills and a cooperative approach to working with colleagues
