Accompany people, provide guidance, and help shape modern genomic medicine. At the Institute of Clinical Genetics and Genomic Medicine at the University Hospital Würzburg, the human genetics outpatient clinic advises patients and families with diverse genetic questions. The focus includes genetically determined diseases in childhood, hereditary tumor predisposition syndromes, and genetic questions from nearly all medical specialties. To strengthen the team, a Medical Assistant (MFA) / Medical Technical Assistant (MTA) (m/f/d) is sought for full-time or part-time starting 01.12.2026.

• Friendly and professional reception and admission of patients
• Organization and coordination of outpatient patient management
• Appointment scheduling and coordination with the involved specialist departments
• Contact person (m/f/d) for telephone and written patient inquiries
• Interface between patients and medical teams
• Support with administrative tasks, data maintenance, and documentation
• Organization and preparation of outpatient clinic processes

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), or a comparable qualification in healthcare
• Structured and careful working style
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good MS Office skills
