Service- and customer-oriented advice on all offered products and services; active advice and sale of products in the area of building society savings and insurance; processing of service transactions in payment transactions; determination of the valuation for credit collateral in the area of private loans as well as approval or rejection of prepared credit decisions within own authority; advice and contract preparation in the private loan area including residual debt insurance and collateral; implementation of service performances from developed quality standards and planning of own campaigns or sales measures; active advice and sale in standardized securities business within the framework of the PSD house opinion.

Successfully completed vocational training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification; passion for sales and experience in advising bank customers; enjoyment and fun in direct contact with customers; teamwork, communication skills and social competence.
