Advising and selling financial products (building society, insurance, securities, private loans) as well as supporting sales planning and customer care.

Active advising and selling of products in building society and insurance, service- and customer-oriented advice on all offered products, support of specialist departments in sales planning, advice on standardized securities business, risk disclosure, preparation of advisory protocols, advice on private loans, handling routine customer service tasks, active outbound.

Successfully completed vocational training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification, passion for sales and experience in customer advisory, enjoyment of telephone contact, teamwork, communication skills, social competence, flexibility and openness to digital sales channels.
