You acquire and support our brokers in the area of construction financing. Your tasks include the qualified and efficient processing of loan applications as well as identifying, assessing and minimizing risks at the engagement level.

• analysis and assessment of the customer's economic situation
• assessment of land register encumbrances and mortgage rights in connection with housing loans
• independent review and decision on loan applications within authority limits
• preparation of value indications for conditions/credit decisions and preliminary loan-to-value ratios based on value indications
• broker support (including case analyses, case clarifications, training and coordination and planning of exchange formats)

• You have completed banking training and have extensive knowledge of construction financing
• Very good self-organization, prioritization and capacity-oriented time management
• Confident handling of IT systems and digital affinity as well as willingness to adapt to new platforms and processes
• Team player, communication skills, social competence and cross-functional thinking
