About this Apprenticeship
As a customer service technician (m/f/d), you represent the Vaillant brand at customer sites. Your working time starts and ends at your home. You get heating units running, service heat pumps and solve hot water problems.
What You'll Learn
- Troubleshooting, fault repair, maintenance and repairs in heating technology
- Contact person for technical questions from Vaillant partners
- Creating digital reports
- Finding safe and competent solutions to problems and, when needed, providing service-oriented advice to customers
- Standby duty on alternating weekends during the day (no 24/7 standby), with attractive pay
Requirements
- Qualification: Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK), gas/water installer, refrigeration and air conditioning technician, heating engineer or electrical installer (m/f/d)
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in the SHK sector as well as initial professional experience as a customer service technician (m/f/d)
- Personality and working style: Strong service orientation, sales-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills in German
- Place of residence: Living in the area, or willingness to relocate
- Driving licence and IT: Class B driving licence and basic computer experience
