Welcome to VIACTIV! This Ausbildung as a Marketing Communications Specialist (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Marketingkommunikation) takes place in Bochum, North Rhine-Westphalia. The Ausbildung duration is 3 years. Start your career in healthcare and develop valuable skills for your professional future.

During the two-and-a-half to three-year Ausbildung, you will learn to view the world from the perspective of our customers. You will analyze their needs and observe the competition to develop suitable marketing strategies. You will plan and coordinate events, campaigns, websites, and social media posts to increase the awareness of our brand, products, and services. In doing so, you will pay attention to budgets and timelines and regularly exchange ideas with project partners. In addition to your strong communication skills, your creativity, organizational talent, and persuasiveness are also required.

• Get to know us During your Ausbildung, you will rotate through the various departments of VIACTIV. You will learn about the tasks of a health insurance company and discover why VIACTIV is particularly strong compared to other insurers.

To best support you and really boost your professional career, you should already meet some requirements. As a school qualification, we expect Abitur, Fachabitur, or a good Realschulabschluss.
