Want to become part of us? #shapeandcreate We are looking for a Sales Representative Project (m/f/d) in the Saxony/Saxony-Anhalt region as soon as possible. As a Sales Representative, you are the interface to all project target groups such as planners, architects, developers, housing associations, and project developers and are in exchange with three-tier sales intermediaries (wholesale and craft). You are responsible for all regional project sales of the brands Villeroy & Boch, Ideal Standard, and Sanipa.

• Sales and Customer Support:
• Preparation of customer visits – including topic- and task-specific preparation of visits to all relevant project target groups
• Creation of specifications and project configurations for regional projects
• Support of regional key accounts in cooperation with Key Account Managers of housing industry, hotel, health & care, A&D, and residential
• Creation of singular configurations
• Regular training sessions with architects
• Maintenance of project data in Salesforce
• Support of regional prefabricated and solid house manufacturers as well as developers
• Building and maintaining a good network between project customers, retail, and wholesale. Securing Project Sales through Pre-Sales:
• Ensuring the realization of project sales with customers of the project target groups, e.g., housing associations (WBG) or general contractors.
• Product availability – ensuring and coordinating the timely ordering of Villeroy & Boch/Ideal Standard products via wholesale in cooperation with the area sales manager
• Calculation of projects for the brands Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard. Use of Tools and Systems:
• Salesforce responsibility for the mentioned target groups in the area of account and opportunity management.
• Working with lead providers and service departments on project topics.

You have completed a commercial or architectural training, a business administration degree, or equivalent. You have at least 3 years of comparable professional experience and are ideally familiar with the daily routine of field service. You are communicative, have strong networking and storytelling skills to build professional relationships and inspire customers. You are an excellent negotiator, have high conflict resolution skills, ad-hoc negotiation skills, and closing confidence with various decision-makers. You can confidently handle digital tools/CRM/Salesforce and effectively use data and insights to optimize sales results. You are proactive, eager to learn, can solve complex sales issues/problems under pressure, and are an active team player. You are willing to travel frequently in your assigned sales territory. You have the desire to develop personally and practice lifelong learning. You speak German? Good! And English? Great!
