Sales Representative Project / Field Sales Employee Project

Sales and customer support: preparation of customer visits - including topic- and task-related preparation of visits to all relevant project target groups; creation of specifications and project configurations for regional projects; support of regional key accounts in cooperation with key account managers of housing industry, hotel, health & care, A&D and residential; creation of singular configurations; regular training sessions with architects; maintenance of project data in Salesforce; support of regional prefabricated and solid house manufacturers as well as property developers; building and maintaining a good network between project customers, retail and wholesale. Ensuring project sales through pre-sales: ensuring realization of project sales with customers of project target groups, e.g. housing associations (WBG) or general contractors; product availability – ensuring and coordinating timely ordering of Villeroy & Boch/Ideal Standard products via wholesale in cooperation with the area sales manager; calculation of projects for the brands Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard. Use of tools and systems: Salesforce responsibility for the mentioned target groups in account and opportunity management; working with lead providers and service departments on project topics.

Completed commercial or architectural training, business degree or equivalent; at least 3 years of comparable professional experience, ideally familiar with daily field sales routine; communicative, strong networking and storytelling skills; excellent negotiation partner, high conflict resolution skills, ad-hoc negotiation skills and closing confidence with various decision-makers; proficient in digital tools/CRM/Salesforce; proactive, eager to learn, able to solve complex sales issues under pressure, active team player; willing to travel frequently in assigned sales territory; desire for personal development and lifelong learning; German and English language skills
