About this Apprenticeship
Internship at Versicherungskammer TECTA Invest GmbH in equity and multi-asset portfolio management. The position lasts 3 to 6 months.
What You'll Learn
- Develop quantitative models and investment strategies for equity and multi-asset portfolios.
- Backtest investment strategies using derivatives, including options and futures.
- Develop and test factor models for equities.
- Analyse alternative asset classes such as commodities and cryptocurrencies.
- Document and present the results.
Requirements
- Advanced university studies in economics or mathematics, including financial mathematics, with a focus on finance, econometrics or statistics.
- Good knowledge of capital market products and models.
- Practical programming skills in Python, R or Matlab (SQL knowledge is an advantage).
- Very good Microsoft Office skills and analytical abilities.
- A strong willingness to learn, commitment and the ability to work independently.
