Sales Associate

Sales position with Vodafone GmbH in Eschborn. You serve existing and new customers, initially supporting a (Senior) Account Manager. The role is available full-time or close to full-time, with a minimum of 30 hours.

• As a Sales Associate, you sell standard products, catalogue solutions and add-ons to existing and new customers, initially supporting a (Senior) Account Manager and later working in an assigned sales territory with your company car.
• Maintain a strong presence, provide effective customer support and build loyalty to Vodafone within your territory.
• Analyse your sales territory, assess customer leads and find potential new customers. Build good customer relationships from the start.
• Assess customer needs while considering the competition, and use effective questions to identify their interests.
• Arrange appointments, visit customers, prepare and follow up on offers, close contracts, assess successes and failures, support customers after signing and win back former customers, with some support from the (Senior) Account Manager and sales manager.

• You have some knowledge of mobile and fixed-line services. You are interested in topics such as cloud computing, AI and the Internet of Things.
• A completed university degree or commercial vocational training with relevant work experience is the minimum requirement.
• Some experience selling telecommunications, hardware, software or IT products is preferred; the role is also suitable for university graduates starting their careers.

• Good English skills at CEFR level B2.
