You are the first point of contact for our tenants and take care of their concerns – by phone, email or in person on site. As a service professional you find solutions for our tenants' questions and problems and remain friendly and professional even on challenging topics. You learn how to carefully prepare and review real-estate-relevant documents such as rental agreements, ancillary cost statements and exposés. You work closely with your colleagues in the housing stocks and our craftsmen organization. Your vocational school is the BBA – Academy of the Real Estate Industry in Berlin. Here you learn the theory that you can directly apply in your daily work.

You have at least a good (subject-specific) high school diploma. You bring empathy and an open ear for the diverse concerns of our customers. Even when someone is dissatisfied, you remain calm, friendly and helpful. You communicate clearly and understandably – whether in conversation, on the phone or by email. You want to actively shape your apprenticeship with initiative and commitment. Continuously acquiring new knowledge and developing yourself further gives you pleasure. You enjoy working in a team and finding solutions together with others.
