Support of our IT user service and direct contact person for internal users; Participation in the maintenance and further development of our modern IT infrastructure; Analysis and resolution of IT requests as well as support for technical issues; Active participation in shaping your apprenticeship; Getting to know different IT areas and participating in varied projects; Professional deepening according to your interest and operational requirements

Completed school education, at least intermediate secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss); Enthusiasm for information technology, digital systems, and technical contexts; Reliable, independent, and structured way of working; Open-minded, interested, and communicative personality; Customer-oriented thinking as well as a polite and friendly demeanor; Very good German skills (at least C1)
