About this Apprenticeship
To strengthen our team at the Lübbecke site, we are looking for you for 1 August 2027. As a butcher (m/f/d) you learn in your apprenticeship to process and refine meat professionally and to use different cutting techniques. You make high-quality meat and sausage products and plan work processes and goods ordering. The training also teaches you the manual skill to cut meat pieces optimally and ensure product quality.
Requirements
- Interest in food: you enjoy making and processing meat and sausage products.
- Manual skill: you have manual skill and good technical understanding.
- IT affinity: experience using computers, ideally MS Office skills.
- Teamwork: you are reliable, willing to learn and enjoy working in a team.
- School education: good grades in science subjects – career changers are welcome!
