About this Apprenticeship
To strengthen the team at the Oer-Erkenschwick site from 1 August 2027. As a butcher you learn to process and refine meat properly and to use different cutting techniques.
What You'll Learn
- Process and refine meat properly and use different cutting techniques
- Make high-quality meat and sausage products
- Plan work processes and ordering of goods
- Cut meat pieces optimally and ensure product quality
Requirements
- Interest in food: you enjoy making and processing meat and sausage products.
- Manual skills: you have manual dexterity and good technical understanding.
- IT affinity: experience with computers, ideally MS Office skills.
- Teamwork: you are reliable, willing to learn and like working in a team.
- School background: good grades in science subjects – career changers are welcome!
