Quality Management Employee – Part-time

To support our team in Dissen, we are looking as soon as possible for part-time help (20-30 hours per week) in quality management and quality assurance.

• Preparation, execution and follow-up of system audits, standard audits, customer audits, veterinary inspections and internal audits
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with requirements for quality, hygiene, product protection and safety, plus action management
• Complaint handling
• Implementation of food law and customer-specific requirements
• Defining hygiene guidelines and monitoring them, technical guidance of production departments
• Creation, maintenance and management of the HACCP concept
• Processing supplier documents
• Planning, carrying out, evaluating and documenting hygiene inspections
• Technical assessment of lab results and ongoing quality controls

• Successfully completed training as a food technology specialist in a food-producing company or comparable qualifications
• Knowledge of IFS Food and QS standards as well as HACCP / food defense knowledge desirable
• Confident use of MS Office
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Sense of responsibility, initiative, flexibility and an independent, team-oriented way of working
• Time flexibility - willingness to take part in a two-week rotating shift (part-time 03:00–09:00 / 06:00–12:00) is desirable
