Creative Technologist / AI Engineer / ML Engineer

In the areas of photo, film, and CGI, we are market leaders and create cross-media content that is played out to our clients' target groups. Our headquarters is our 11,000 sqm photo studio in Bremen, where we currently employ around 200 people. We are looking for a technically skilled person with a deep understanding of ComfyUI and Python who can independently develop visual workflows. The goal is to build and optimize our internal AI content pipeline for scalable, mass-production. We offer the opportunity to work remotely on innovative AI projects. • Development and optimization of workflows: Independent creation and adaptation of image and video workflows in ComfyUI to increase the efficiency of the internal AI content pipeline.
• Creation of own nodes: Design and implementation of new nodes in ComfyUI to meet specific company requirements and extend the functionality of existing workflows.
• Technical support and training: Provision of technical support for the team, including training on the use of ComfyUI and implementation of Python scripts in workflows.
• Integration of visual design elements: Collaboration with design teams to ensure that developed workflows are not only functional but also visually appealing.
• Monitoring and performance analysis: Monitoring the performance of developed workflows, identification of bottlenecks, and continuous improvement of systems to ensure stable production.

• Good knowledge of Python
• Very good knowledge of ComfyUI including development of own nodes and workflows
• Ability to independently build stable and performant image and video workflows in ComfyUI
• UI development for AI workflows is a plus (Gradio, React, etc.)
• Technical understanding and interest in visual design
• Experience with design and Linux is a big plus
• Residence in Bremen, Hamburg, or surrounding area (hybrid model – min. 3 days/week in Bremen)
