At our location in Georgsmarienhütte, our headquarters houses HR, Finance, IT and Graphics. Together with around 40 employees, we create creative marketing solutions, high-quality magazines and catalogs as well as diverse presentations and communication measures for our female clients. We work closely with our large photo studio in Bremen, where cross-media content in the areas of photo, film and CGI is produced. Do you like working precisely, in a structured way and keep an overview even with many formats and versions? For our media production we are looking for support in the implementation and adaptation of existing campaign layouts. The focus is less on creative redevelopment, but on clean, efficient and high-quality implementation for different formats, channels and countries.

Implementation and adaptation of existing master layouts for print and digital media Creation of format variants and adaptations according to existing design specifications Implementation of country and language adaptations Adjustment of texts, image sections and layout elements Production of larger asset quantities based on clear briefings and templates Implementation of simple digital or slightly animated formats Artwork, finalization and preparation of production data Quality control of created materials Structured filing and maintenance of production data Close cooperation with Art Direction and Project Management

Training or experience in media design, graphics or media production Proficient in common Adobe programs Structured, careful and reliable way of working Good sense for layout, typography and existing design specifications Enjoy working through larger quantities cleanly and with concentration Team spirit, initiative and organizational talent Good German skills, English skills an advantage
