- Get to know the assortment – You dive deep into our world of spare parts for trucks, buses, and agricultural machinery.
- Consulting in the shop & by phone – You find exactly the right products for our customers and support them competently.
- Create offers – You prepare customer-oriented offers and support order processing.
- Price determination & sales – You set prices and ensure successful sales closures.
- Strengthen customer loyalty – Through friendly service and technical understanding, you ensure customers like to return.
What You'll Learn
- With us, you will become a true professional for:
- Climate protection: You learn everything about insulation to prevent energy losses, noise emissions, or moisture damage
- Insulating & damping: You insulate industrial plants, pipelines, containers, and technical equipment
- Preparation & measurement: You plan work processes, select materials and techniques, and prepare them
- Installation & assembly: You install protection systems in the areas of thermal, cold, sound, and fire protection
- Quality & safety: You ensure quality standards as well as safety and work regulations on the construction site
- Customer orientation & service: You advise on the best possible measures for thermal, cold, sound, and fire protection In short: You make industrial plants energy-efficient, safe, and fit for the future
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent – important is that you are motivated and eager to learn.
- Joy in communication & service orientation – you enjoy talking to customers and helping them.
- Interest in technology – you want to understand how our products work and are used.
- Willingness to learn & curiosity – you like to acquire new knowledge, especially about our spare parts.
- Team spirit & friendly demeanor – good cooperation and confident interaction with people are important to you.
- Reliability & initiative – you work carefully, take responsibility, and pitch in.

- Above-average apprenticeship remuneration (1st year €1,140, 2nd year €1,193, 3rd year €1,250)
