Advice in shop & by phone – You find exactly the right products for our customers and assist them competently. Create offers – You prepare customer-oriented offers and support order processing. Pricing & sales – You set prices and ensure successful sales closures. Strengthen customer loyalty – Through friendly service and technical understanding, you ensure customers love to return.

Secondary school diploma or equivalent – what matters is that you're motivated and eager to learn. Joy in communication & service orientation – you enjoy talking to customers and helping them. Above-average apprenticeship pay (1st year €1,140, 2nd year €1,193, 3rd year €1,250). Vacation and Christmas bonuses, 30 days vacation. 38-hour week & flexible working hours.
