• You are an independent acquirer (m/f/d) (as an independent commercial agent (m/f/d) according to § 84 HGB) in the product field and conduct customer meetings
• You develop consulting concepts based on the identified goals and wishes of the customer and derive concrete offers from them
• You are a specialist (m/f/d) and contact person (m/f/d) for the topic of construction financing
• You actively build up your customer network and maintain your relationships with customers
• You increase your personal profile with sales-promoting actions
• You plan and implement measures for market development and exploitation of construction financing potentials

• You have a commercial training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable degree. Ideally you have at least two years of professional experience in sales in the financial services industry
• You have expertise in the areas of building savings and construction financing. Ideally you have experience in planning and implementing sales measures in the assigned customer and contract portfolio
