Home Financing Specialist

Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG is looking for a home financing specialist (m/f/d) working as a self-employed commercial agent in sales in Aalen. Teams of independent agents work together to make customers' housing wishes come true.

• You are a self-reliant acquisition agent (m/f/d) (as a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB) in the product field and hold customer meetings.
• You develop advisory concepts based on the customer's identified goals and wishes and derive concrete offers from them.
• You are the specialist (m/f/d) and contact person (m/f/d) for home financing.
• You actively expand your customer network and maintain your customer relationships.
• You increase your personal profile with sales-promoting activities.
• You plan and carry out measures to open up the market and exploit home financing potential.

• You have commercial training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally you have at least two years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
• You have expertise in building savings and home financing. Ideally you have experience in planning and carrying out sales measures within the assigned customer and contract portfolio.
