Sales Manager

As a self-employed commercial agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code, you advise and support customers on financial planning and home ownership. You are responsible for sales and quality targets and lead, support and develop your field sales team.

• As a self-employed commercial agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code, you advise and support customers according to their needs across four areas of modern financial planning: financial security, home ownership, risk protection and wealth building.
• You develop advice plans for all financial planning topics based on customers' goals and wishes and turn them into specific offers.
• You actively grow your customer network and maintain customer relationships.
• Alongside customer care, you take responsibility for sales and quality targets.
• You lead, train and support your motivated field sales team.
• Together with your sales director, you are responsible for improving and growing your team.

• You enjoy a sales role that you can organise independently with freedom over your working hours.
• You are friendly and treat people with respect.
• You take a professional approach focused on finding solutions for customers and your team.
• You work flexibly and independently, set priorities and have strong organisational skills.
• You have completed vocational training in banking or hold a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experience in leadership, home savings plans, home financing and financial planning products.
