As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB at Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG, you take responsibility for your sales directorate in ERGO cooperation sales.

• As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB, you take responsibility for your sales directorate.
• You look for and recognize market opportunities, design forward-looking strategies and implement ideas, tapping the potential of our main business areas.
• You ensure professional and sales training of the sales partners.
• You develop concepts for tapping potential and winning new customers.
• Sales campaigns at the cooperation partner are prepared and carried out by you.
• You continuously win new sales partners, develop them to success and support them effectively.

• You enjoy working in our sales organization in a way you can design independently and with flexible time.
• Your manner is friendly and appreciative.
• You have completed vocational training, ideally as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training.
• Afterwards you gained several years of sales experience and have first experience coordinating teams.
• You have solid knowledge of building society savings and construction financing and ideally experience in planning and implementing sales measures.
• You coach and develop the team professionally and thus create the basis for the best results.
• You are driven by strong will to succeed and entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Your contact skills, teamwork and winning manner combine with confident conversation and negotiation skills.
