About this Apprenticeship
Korian is seeking a qualified nurse with further training in wound care in Düsseldorf. The role focuses on treating chronic wounds and maintaining and improving residents' quality of life.
What You'll Learn
- Provide individual care that helps our clients stay active and independent
- Take responsibility for assessing, documenting and treating chronic wounds
- Maintain and evaluate the facility's wound documentation system
- Deliver training and further education in wound care
- Follow quality assurance measures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing
- Further training as a wound care manager or specialist
- Some initial professional experience preferred
- Enjoyment of working with older people and people who need care
- Empathy and a sense of responsibility
