Home Financing Specialist

Sales for Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG as a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB in a team of independent agents. You fulfil customers' housing wishes and have freedom for your own success.

• Independent acquirer (m/f/d) (as a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB) in the product field, conducting customer meetings
• Develop advisory concepts based on the customer's identified goals and wishes and derive concrete offers from them
• Specialist (m/f/d) and contact person (m/f/d) for home financing
• Actively expand the customer network and maintain customer relationships
• Increase your personal profile with sales promotion activities
• Plan and carry out measures for market development and for tapping home financing potential

• Commercial training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally at least two years of sales experience in the financial services industry
• Expertise in building savings and home financing. Ideally experience in planning and implementing sales measures for the assigned customer and contract portfolio
