Home Savings and Construction Financing Specialist in Cooperation Sales HypoVereinsbank

Self-employed advisory role as a freelance commercial agent (§84 HGB) for Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG in cooperation sales with HypoVereinsbank. You advise customers on home savings and construction financing at HypoVereinsbank premises or at customers' homes.

• Advise independently (self-employment under §84 HGB) and support customers and those of HypoVereinsbank in realizing their housing wishes
• Hold advisory meetings on HypoVereinsbank premises or at customers' homes
• Independently manage and expand a customer base with great potential
• Be the contact for HypoVereinsbank staff on home savings, construction financing, property financing and Wohnriester
• Support local HypoVereinsbank branches and promote cooperation
• Independently hand over to HypoVereinsbank advisors when spotting cross-selling signals
• Coach HypoVereinsbank staff and managers, e.g. through on-the-job training in sales conversations
• Support bank staff with campaigns and sales promotions

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a bank clerk or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
• At least two years of experience selling home savings and/or financing products
• Sound knowledge of home savings and construction financing, ideally experience planning and implementing sales measures
• Professional and solution-oriented advice
• Open manner to create a pleasant atmosphere with HypoVereinsbank staff and affluent customers
• Flexible, independent way of working, setting priorities, strong organizational skills
