Specialist Professional and Sales Training, Focus on Corporate Clients, Property and Casualty Insurance

Württembergische Versicherung AG in Kornwestheim is looking for a specialist for professional and sales training with a focus on corporate clients in property and casualty insurance.

• You design, manage and develop needs-based training offers for our sales force with a focus on corporate clients in property and casualty insurance.
• In close cooperation with the departments and sales units, you identify training needs, align professional requirements and develop target-group-oriented learning offers.
• You design modern, practice-oriented learning concepts, using a sensible mix of in-person events, digital learning formats and self-directed learning, and bring in new methods.
• You are responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the training measures and ensure their professional, methodological and organizational quality.
• You support the creation and further development of learning content, coordinate internal and external education partners and keep the offers in our learning management system up to date.
• In addition to your focus on corporate clients, you also take on training topics from the private customer area when needed.

• You have sound knowledge of the corporate client business in property and casualty insurance and are very familiar with the professional and sales requirements of this field.
• Ideally you bring practical experience in advising or supporting commercial clients and can explain complex insurance topics clearly and practically.
• You have a successfully completed apprenticeship or degree, preferably in insurance, economics or education, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally you have experience in designing and implementing training measures and a good sense for the needs of different target groups.
• You are interested in modern learning methods and digital education technologies and can prepare professional content in a didactically sound and practical way.
• You stand out through communication skills, confident manner and the ability to constructively bring together different interests and requirements.
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as initiative and enjoyment of working with different contacts round off your profile.
