Financial Advisor Insurance/Wealth

As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB in sales at Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG, you advise and support customers in your region in the areas of protection, risk cover and wealth building. Teams of independent commercial agents work together to fulfil customers' housing wishes.

• As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB, you advise and support the closing field sales force as well as new and existing customers in your region according to their needs in the provision building blocks of protection, risk cover and wealth building.
• You arrange contracts based on needs, focusing on life and health insurance, composite insurance and investment.
• You develop advisory concepts based on the customer's identified goals and wishes and derive concrete offers from them.
• You actively expand your customer network and maintain your relationships with customers.
• You support the closing field sales force in introducing new products to sales.
• You raise your personal profile with sales-promoting activities.
• You train the field sales partners you look after.

• You have sound expertise in life, property and health insurance as well as in the investment business.

• You work in a flexible, independent way, set priorities in your tasks and are well organised.
• You have training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d), business economist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally you have at least two years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
