Intern Product Development Life Insurance

Internship in product development at Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG in Kornwestheim, one of the largest life insurers in Germany and part of the W&W Group.

• Carrying out product tests: You run systematic tests to assure the quality of our contract documents.
• Analyses and calculations: You create actuarial calculations for our products to answer customer and project requests.
• Further development of tools: You actively help develop our product development and test tools to increase efficiency and quality.
• Documentation of product specifications: You ensure product specifications are followed in various projects through careful documentation.
• Support for sub-project managers: You work closely with our sub-project managers to reach project goals.
• Analysing product ideas: You contribute your creativity to analysing and developing innovative product ideas.

• Studies: A started degree in mathematics, financial mathematics or a related field.
• Skills: Logical and analytical thinking.
• Technical knowledge: Experience with MS Office and ideally basic knowledge of Visual Basic or another programming language (not strictly required).
• Team orientation: The ability to quickly fit into a dynamic team and contribute actively.
• Commitment: A careful, independent way of working and the motivation to learn new skills.
