• As part of your mandatory internship, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the role of a sales manager at Lidl over 2 to 6 months
• You support your sales manager in managing their 4–6 stores and supervising up to 100 employees
• In the process, you will learn our business from the ground up – from implementing store concepts to analyzing and optimizing KPIs to personnel planning and management topics

• Enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) preferably with a business administration focus (BWL)
• Committed, independent working style and desire for the dynamic world of retail
• Enthusiasm and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Analytical skills combined with communication strength and team player qualities
