• Build an active real estate portfolio in your region and regularly acquire new properties and prospects
• Guide owners and prospects through a professional brokerage process, from property valuation to contract signing
• Become visible as a local real estate expert and develop your own marketing measures
• Build and maintain a sustainable network
• Use modern tools and CRM efficiently
• Run your business entrepreneurially: manage marketing, sales and resources

• Take responsibility and make decisions deliberately
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust
• Pursue goals clearly and actively steer results
• Enjoy maintaining relationships long term
• Proven sales experience
• Bring marketing know-how and affinity for marketing

• Have an existing regional network
• Experience as a real estate agent (w/m/d) is helpful but not strictly necessary
