Self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB for Wüstenrot Immobilien GmbH, a subsidiary of the W&W Group. They are looking for entrepreneurial personalities who want to build their own real estate business, become visible in their area and actively use networks.

• Build an active real estate portfolio in your region and regularly win new properties and prospects
• Guide owners and prospects through a professional brokerage process, from property valuation to contract signing
• Become visible as a local real estate expert and develop your own marketing measures
• Build and maintain a sustainable network
• Use modern tools and CRM efficiently
• Manage your business like an entrepreneur
