Real Estate Agent in a Team

As a self-employed commercial agent (f/m/d) under § 84 HGB for Wüstenrot Immobilien GmbH, a subsidiary of the W&W Group, you build your own real estate business backed by an established brand and a large network. The company is looking for entrepreneurial personalities who become visible in their area and actively use networks.

• Build an active property portfolio in your region and regularly win new properties and prospects
• Guide owners and prospects through a professional brokerage process, from property valuation to contract signing
• Become visible as a local real estate expert, analyze the market and develop your own marketing measures
• Build and maintain a sustainable network
• Use the agent CRM, property valuation software and other digital tools efficiently
• Run your business like an entrepreneur and manage marketing, sales and resources

• Take responsibility and make conscious decisions
• Strong communication skills and building trust
• Pursue goals clearly and actively steer results
• Enjoy maintaining relationships for the long term
• Have proven sales experience
• Bring marketing know-how and an affinity for marketing
• Apply financial and resource management
• Have an existing regional network
• Experience as a real estate agent (f/m/d) is helpful but not strictly required
