• Build an active real estate portfolio in your region. As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) pursuant to § 84 HGB, you regularly acquire new properties and interested parties, resulting in a stable pipeline of brokerage mandates that enables predictable revenues.
• Guide property owners and interested parties through a professional brokerage process. From standardized property valuation to individual marketing concepts through to contract signing, you generate high client satisfaction, referrals and successful transactions.
• Become visible as a local real estate expert (m/f/d). You analyze your market, recognize opportunities early and develop your own marketing measures that position you clearly in your region, achieving noticeable reach and growing standing as a reliable contact person.
• Build and maintain a sustainable network. You tap into the W&W network and establish a personal partner network of property owners, tipsters, service providers and local contacts that supports your business long-term.
• Use modern tools & CRM efficiently. With our broker CRM, property valuation software and other digital broker tools and clear processes, you organize workflows efficiently and increase your reach and conversion rate.
