• Build an active real estate portfolio in your region. As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) pursuant to § 84 HGB, you regularly acquire new objects and interested parties with the result of a stable pipeline of brokerage mandates that enables plannable revenues.
• Guide owners and interested parties through a professional brokerage process. From standardized real estate valuation to individual marketing concepts to contract signing, you generate high customer satisfaction, referrals and successful brokerages.
• Become visible as a local real estate expert (m/f/d). You analyze your market, recognize opportunities early and develop your own marketing measures that position you uniquely in your region to achieve noticeable reach and growing standing as a reliable contact person.
• Build and maintain a sustainable network. You tap into the W&W network and establish a personal partner network of owners, tipsters, service providers and local contacts that supports your business long-term.
• Use modern tools & CRM efficiently. With our broker CRM, real estate valuation software and other digital broker tools and clear processes, you organize processes efficiently and increase your reach and brokerage rate.
• Manage your business entrepreneurially. You manage marketing, sales and resources professionally and make sound financial decisions for your sustainably growing, profitable real estate business.
