• Build an active real estate portfolio in your region. As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB you regularly acquire new properties and interested parties with the result of a stable pipeline of brokerage mandates that enables plannable revenues.
• Guide property owners and interested parties through a professional brokerage process. From standardized property valuation to individual marketing concepts through to contract signing you generate high customer satisfaction, referrals and successful brokerages.
• Become visible as a local real estate expert (m/f/d). You analyze your market, recognize opportunities early and develop your own marketing measures that position you uniquely in your region to achieve a tangible reach and a growing standing as a reliable contact person.
• Build and maintain a viable network. You tap into the W&W network and establish a personal partner network of property owners, tipsters, service providers and local contacts that sustains your business long-term.
• Use modern tools & CRM efficiently. With our broker CRM, a property valuation software and other digital broker tools and clear processes you organize processes efficiently and increase your reach and brokerage rate.
