Sales Manager

As a self-employed commercial agent under § 84 HGB, you advise customers of Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG on provision and lead a field sales team.

• As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB, you advise and support your customers according to their needs across the four building blocks of modern provision: security, home ownership, risk protection and wealth building.
• You develop advisory concepts for all provision topics based on the customer's identified goals and wishes and derive concrete offers from them.
• You actively expand your customer network and maintain customer relationships.
• Besides customer care, you take responsibility for sales and quality targets.
• You lead, train and support your motivated field sales team.
• Together with your sales director (m/f/d) you are responsible for optimizing and expanding your team.

• You enjoy working in our sales organization, which you can shape independently and freely in terms of time.
• Your manner is friendly and appreciative.

• You work flexibly and independently, set priorities and are well organized.
• You have commercial training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally you have experience in leadership, building society savings, home financing and provision products.
