• You work in a top-equipped insurance agency.
• You receive customer concerns on general insurance topics – in person, by phone and in writing – and arrange customer appointments for the agency team.
• You support in private customer business, e.g. in creating offers and processing ongoing processes.
• You handle claims recording, processing and control in the area of motor vehicle insurance.
• You plan and organize our team meetings and team events.

• Completed vocational training: Ideally you have an insurance-specific or comparable commercial training – we also warmly welcome career changers (f/m/d).
• Customer and sales orientation: Your way of working is customer- and service-oriented.
• Your personality: You are open-minded, enjoy working with people and score with your planning and organizational talent.
