About this Apprenticeship
Württembergische Versicherung AG is looking for a self-employed intermediary under §84 HGB. You run an agency of Württembergische and act as a self-employed entrepreneur.
What You'll Learn
- You run an agency of Württembergische Versicherung and act as a self-employed entrepreneur (m/f/d).
- You are responsible for leading and developing your agency team.
- You develop your agency independently, make it fit for the future and take over planning and managing marketing activities.
- You maintain existing customer relationships, actively win new customers and expand your customer base long term by advising customers individually and holistically on our insurance solutions.
Requirements
- Your qualification: You have completed training in insurance or finance and have experience in insurance sales.
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer focus: You enjoy sales and dealing with customers.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting: With your entrepreneurial and goal-oriented attitude you drive your agency forward.
- Driver's license: You hold a class B driver's license.
