About this Apprenticeship
Württembergische Versicherung AG is looking for a self-employed intermediary under §84 HGB as an agency owner (m/f/d) in Kamenz. You run an agency of Württembergische and act as a self-employed entrepreneur.
What You'll Learn
- Run an agency of Württembergische Versicherung as a self-employed entrepreneur (m/f/d)
- Responsible for leading and developing your agency team
- Develop your agency independently and plan and manage marketing activities
- Maintain existing customer relationships, actively win new customers and grow your customer base long term by advising on insurance solutions individually and holistically
Requirements
- Qualification: completed training in insurance or finance and experience in insurance sales
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting: an entrepreneurial, goal-oriented attitude that drives your agency forward
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer focus: enjoy sales and working with customers
- Driving licence class B
