What You'll Learn
- Tasks:
- Friendly reception and farewell of patients
- Telephone and personal appointment scheduling as well as coordination and monitoring of the appointment calendar (incl. recall system, cancellation management)
- Mail processing, email correspondence and document management in our practice software Z1
- Cash management and payment processing (cash, EC, invoices)
Requirements
- Profile:
- Completed training as a ZFA (dental assistant) and at least first experience at reception required
- Committed, humorous and communicative personality
- Willingness to learn and the ability to keep a clear head even in challenging situations
- Ideally first experience in dental billing (BEMA/GOZ)
- Strong service orientation and a professional appearance
